
Salad
Ingredients:
150g shrimp, peeled
2 tbsp Sakura’ya miso sauce/ Tan Tan sauce
Mixed salad greens (arugula, lettuce)
1/2 mango, sliced
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
1 Quickly sauté shrimp until pink (about 2-3 minutes).
2 Let shrimp cool slightly.
3 Toss the salad greens with the Sakura’ya miso sauce/ Tan Tan sauce.
4 Top with the shrimp, fresh mango, and sesame seeds.
