
Crispy cooking
Ingredients:
200g firm tofu, cubed
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp Sakura’ya Spicy Chili Sauce
1 tbsp honey
Green onions for topping
Instructions:
1 Toss tofu cubes in cornstarch.
2 Pan-fry in oil until crispy on all sides.
3 Whisk the Sakura’ya Spicy Chili Sauce and honey together in a small bowl.
4 Pour the mixture over the crispy tofu in the pan for the last 30 seconds of cooking. Serve immediately.
