Ingredients:
200g udon or rice noodles
2 tbsp Sakura’ya Spicy Chili Sauce (or Sriracha-style)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots and cucumber
1 boiled egg (optional)
Instructions:
1 Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
2 In a small bowl, whisk together the Sakura’ya Spicy Chili Sauce, peanut butter, and lime juice. Add a splash of warm water if it’s too thick.
3 Combine the hot noodles with the sauce and toss well.
4 Top with fresh carrots, cucumbers, and a boiled egg.
